Steven's article, "Five Non-Legal Books Every Young Litigator Should Read," encourages young attorneys to expand their legal knowledge beyond legal textbooks and case law. Through exploring different genres of fiction and non-fiction literature, young litigators can better understand some of the qualities it takes to be a great lawyer, including strategy, observation, creativity, organization, and writing.
Steven Katz is a skilled litigator with extensive experience handling appeal and writ proceedings, including before the United States Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, and half the federal circuit courts.
