Constangy partner Taren Greenidge will present a salary negotiation workshop at Positive Steps NY’s National Black Women’s Equal Pay Day professional development program on Sept. 21.

The program, “The Four P’s of Negotiating My Worth,” will focus on advocating for pay equity from a system and organizational lens, protecting emotional and physical health in the workplace, taking personal responsibility for keeping your business in order, and positioning yourself for growth and success.

Greenidge represents employers in a broad facet of employment matters including harassment, discrimination, wage and hour claims, workers’ compensation, leave laws, disability accommodation, policy drafting and client counseling for compliance with federal, state, and local laws. She has represented companies in both state and federal court and before administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission of Human Rights, New York Department of Labor, and the New Jersey Department of Labor.
