Constangy partner, Jordan Fischer, is scheduled to present on artificial intelligence and intellectual property at the Philly AD Club AI Summit. This conference will be held on Thursday, November 30th at the IBX Innovation Center in Philadelphia, PA.

The Philly AD Club AI Summit is a half-day event with educational programming tailored to professionals working in the ever-changing artificial intelligence landscape. Jordan's session, 'AI and Intellectual Property: Navigating the Creative Frontiers,' is scheduled for 2:45 p.m. ET.

Jordan Fischer is a cyber attorney working out of Constangy's Philadelphia office. Jordan has extensive experience in data privacy and cybersecurity, advising public and private sector clients through compliance with regulations such as the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, FCRA, and DPPA. Jordan's practice also includes contractual negotiations, crafting customized compliance programs, and advising on cost-effective strategies for addressing regulatory challenges and minimizing legal risk. Outside of her work at Constangy, Jordan is a Cybersecurity Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley and a Law Professor at the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. She is also a globally recognized speaker and the host of the American Bar Association's podcast, 'Cybersecurity and Data Privacy: The New Frontier.'
