Nia has been involved in litigation and administrative proceedings involving all aspects of Title VII, wage and hour issues, retaliatory discharge, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and various state law claims. Nia also has vast experience conducting internal workplace investigations covering policy violations such as sexual harassment and discrimination as well as representing clients in grievance and arbitration proceedings.
