Lara is an experienced litigator with substantial experience counseling clients in complex labor and employment matters involving discrimination, retaliation, accommodation, and wage and hour compliance. Lara spent a portion of her career in-house at two large, multi-national corporations, affording her a unique perspective on addressing intricate issues facing organizations and their employees. She frequently presents cutting-edge employment law topics at local and national events.
