Sean Hoar is the chair of Constangy's Cyber Team and a former cyber attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice. He has been recognized repeatedly for his leadership in the cybersecurity legal space and is a frequent presenter on topics related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology.
