Overview
Angela is Senior Counsel in Constangy’s Los Angeles office, where she represents employers in a broad range of employment matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She also continues to work with Massachusetts employers, drawing on her experience in the firm’s Boston office.
Angela defends clients against claims involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination. She helps employers develop clear policies and procedures and provides counseling and training on workplace practices designed to reduce risk and prevent employment-related disputes.
Before attending law school, Angela earned an M.B.A. with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management. She worked in the HR departments of two corporations, gaining firsthand insight into the priorities and challenges employers face.
Angela continues to partner with clients to build practical, compliant workplace strategies that align with their business goals and support strong employee relations.
