Overview
Annan supports clients in navigating complex labor and employment matters across California.
She assists with a wide range of employment litigation, including class actions and single-plaintiff lawsuits involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. Annan contributes to legal strategy development, conducts in-depth research, and supports fact development and briefing across all stages of litigation.
Annan plays a valuable role in helping attorneys and clients address California’s evolving labor and employment landscape. Her work includes matters arising under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the California Labor Code, and related federal laws. She works with clients from various industries and helps ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory obligations in both state and federal forums.
During law school, Annan served as an extern in the District Court for the Northern District of California. She was a student attorney at the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic and consistently volunteered at Legal Access Alameda and the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Legal Advice and Referral Clinic. Annan also competed in several moot court and negotiation competitions.
About Me
Outside of work, Annan likes to try out cuisines from all over the world, paddleboard, play tennis, paint, play the classical guitar, hike, and travel with her film camera.
