Overview
Elyssa is an attorney who represents employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour disputes, class actions, and claims brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
Prior to joining Constangy, Elyssa practiced at a California employment law firm, where she handled employment litigation matters involving class, representative, and individual claims. She has experience managing cases through all stages of the litigation lifecycle, from initial intake through resolution. Elyssa brings a practical, thoughtful perspective to her practice, informed by her experience handling complex employment disputes.
About Me
Outside of her practice, Elyssa enjoys spending time with her husband and loved ones, traveling, exploring wineries throughout California, seeking out new and notable restaurants in San Diego, and fitting in spin classes to keep pace both in and out of the office.
