Overview

Kyle represents employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff disputes, and advises clients through all phases of litigation.

Kyle has significant experience managing cases from inception through resolution, including conducting investigations, taking and defending depositions, handling discovery, and representing clients in mediations and arbitrations. He regularly develops litigation strategy, drafts and argues dispositive motions, and works closely with clients to achieve efficient and favorable outcomes. In his recent practice, he has independently managed a high-volume caseload and successfully resolved numerous matters through settlement and negotiation.

Before joining Constangy, Kyle practiced with several national and regional law firms, where he focused on employment litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and complex civil litigation. He has represented employers and insurers in state and federal courts, advising on employment practices, contract disputes, and liability exposure. His experience includes analyzing complex contracts,  advising clients on liability exposure, negotiating and resolving disputes, and participating in trial preparation and proceedings, including serving as second chair in trial.

About Me

When not defending clients, Kyle enjoys reading, going to movies, golfing, attending Bay Area sports events (go Niners and Giants!!), and exploring the culture and cuisine of the city with his wife and dog.
