Overview
Matthew represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters and has experience handling cases through all phases of litigation.
Matthew’s practice includes defending employers in claims involving wage and hour issues, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, class and representative actions. He also works closely with clients to develop case strategy, manage discovery, and pursue efficient resolution of disputes.
Prior to joining Constangy, Matthew practiced at California-based firms where he focused on employment and business litigation defense. He represented employers of all sizes in complex litigation matters and handled a variety of procedural and substantive issues in California state courts.
