Rachel is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and located in Dallas, Texas.
Rachel attended Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University, where she concentrated on data privacy and cybersecurity. Within the International Law Review Association, she held the position of Associate Managing Editor. Rachel had the opportunity to intern for a global beverage company while she was in law school, where she provided support to the company's data privacy team in its ongoing efforts to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the United States (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and utilizes her background and experience when advising clients.
