Overview

Constangy opened its Denver office in 2015, expanding our presence into the Rocky Mountain region. Our office features wrap-around views of the Colorado Rockies and is one of several high-rises which make up the Denver skyline. Located in the Central Business District of downtown Denver, the office is within walking distance to banks and hotels, as well as the 16th street mall walk, a popular tourist destination with plenty of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Visitor Info

• From I-25 North (coming from Colorado Springs):
  Take Exit 210A for Colfax Avenue. Continue east on Colfax, then turn left onto Broadway. Continue north on Broadway for about 0.5 miles. The building will be on your right at 18th Street.
• From I-25 South (coming from Fort Collins / Boulder):
  Take Exit 213 for Park Avenue. Continue on Park Avenue West, then turn left on 20th Street. Turn right onto Broadway, and the building will be just past 18th Street on your right.
• From I-70 East (coming from Golden / Denver International Airport):
  Exit onto I-25 South toward Denver. Take Exit 213 for Park Avenue, continue as above, and follow to Broadway & 18th.
• From I-70 West (coming from Aurora):
  Exit onto Brighton Boulevard toward downtown. Continue south on Brighton, then merge onto Broadway. Continue into downtown until you reach 18th Street — the building will be on your right.
