Constangy Presents Webinar Providing Insights on NLRB Standards and Employee Handbook Best Practices

Webinar

Constangy attorneys Colin Thakkar and Gary Wheeler presented an engaging webinar focused on the dynamic landscape of workplace policies on Feb. 21. SHRM and HRCI credits were offered for this program.

This webinar dissected the recent updates to the National Labor Relations Board's (NLRB) criteria for evaluating employer's workplace rules and policies, particularly those that may “interfere” with employee rights protected by the National Labor Relations Act. Attendees discovered the implications of these legal changes on employee rights and learn strategies for recognizing and addressing potentially concerning policies. The webinar also provided in-depth guidance on best practices for employee handbooks, including strategizing the revision process, prioritizing key policies and building in adaptability for future changes.
