Colin has practiced exclusively in labor and employment law for over 15 years, representing employers in a broad range of workplace matters.
He defends clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour compliance, medical leave, and unfair competition. Colin regularly counsels employers on managing workplace risks and resolving employment disputes efficiently.
Colin has significant experience handling restrictive covenant agreements, trade secret protection, and unfair competition matters nationwide. His background as a subject matter resource on these issues at a national labor and employment law firm allows him to advise employers on developing, enforcing, and defending post-employment restrictions. He has successfully represented clients before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Florida Commission on Human Relations.
Colin frequently presents at seminars and has authored articles on topics such as workplace discrimination, retaliation, EEOC investigations, wage and hour laws, trade secret protection, and unfair competition. His experience and practical guidance help employers navigate complex employment challenges and maintain compliant, productive workplaces.
