Tim Davis Presents Two Sessions at the Missouri SHRM Annual Conference
Constangy partner Tim Davis will present two sessions at the 2026 SHRM Missouri State Conference, taking place August 4–7, 2026, at the Margaritaville Lake Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri. The annual conference brings together human resources professionals from across the state for several days of education, networking, and professional development focused on the latest workplace issues and HR best practices.
The conference offers attendees the opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners and industry leaders on a wide range of employment and human resources topics. Through educational sessions and interactive discussions, participants will gain practical insights to help them address evolving workplace challenges and stay informed on developments affecting today's employers.
On Friday, August 7, Tim will present "Epilogue on a 35-year Employment Practice: Guidance For HR For The New World Order Ruled by AI, Risk Management and Getting by with Less “Human” in Your Resources" from 9:00–10:00 a.m. Drawing on 35 years of employment law experience, the session will explore how the workplace has evolved and where it is headed, including the growing impact of artificial intelligence, emerging legal and compliance risks, and the realities of accomplishing more with fewer personnel. Attendees will leave with practical insights and strategic guidance to help HR leaders navigate an increasingly complex environment.
Tim will also participate in the "Stump the Employment Lawyers" panel from 10:15–11:30 a.m. This interactive session allows attendees to challenge seasoned employment law attorneys with their toughest HR questions and workplace scenarios, covering complex legal issues and gray areas affecting employers.
