Overview
Ashley is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Drawing on her extensive experience responding to data privacy and security events, Ashley helps clients navigate every stage of the incident response lifecycle—from coordinating forensic investigations under the attorney-client privilege to preparing notifications for affected individuals and communicating with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and cyber insurers.
Ashley is experienced working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including healthcare providers, financial institutions, financial and wealth management firms, engineering firms, educational institutions, government and quasi-government entities, technology companies and other entities that provide professional services to individuals and businesses. She helps clients evaluate their response efforts, document internal and external findings, and implement practical measures to mitigate cybersecurity risk. She also helps clients proactively prepare for and prevent cybersecurity incidents, which includes advising on enhanced security protocols.
In addition to her cyber experience, Ashley has a strong litigation background and has represented employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This experience provides her unique insight into the importance of mitigating the risk of liability resulting from data privacy and/or security events.
