Overview

Aubrey, a partner and member of the Constangy Cyber Team, is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). Aubrey has a Master of Science in Digital Forensics, and she utilizes her knowledge of digital forensics and cybersecurity to advise clients on how to respond to data security incidents and how to proactively manage cyber risk. She has a longstanding interest in new technologies, which has helped her expand her acumen to meet the needs of clients. Aubrey previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas J. Rueter, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. As Judge Rueter's law clerk, she was exposed to issues involving cybercrime, investigations, the search and seizure of data stored in foreign countries, and other similar topics. Aubrey also worked as a law clerk in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, under the direction of the Honorable Karen L. Suter. Aubrey utilizes this experience to inform her counsel for clients facing these types of matters.

Aubrey attended Rutgers Law School, where she was a member of the Editorial Boards of both the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy and the Hunter Appellate Advocacy Moot Court.
