Colin is a labor and employment attorney who represents and counsels employers on a wide range of traditional labor and employment matters.
He advises clients across the country on union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, union awareness training, arbitrations, and contract negotiations. Colin helps employers develop practical, goal-oriented labor relations strategies that support overall business objectives, with experience spanning industries such as construction, health care, manufacturing, retail and hospitality, and transportation.
In addition to his labor practice, Colin defends employers against claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Titles III and VII of the Civil Rights Act, OSHA, and state discrimination laws in Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska.
