Jeanette is a Senior Counsel with the Immigration Section of our firm. The sole area of her practice is business immigration. She focuses her practice on labor certification and green card applications, though she does handle all types of non-immigrant work visas as well. Jeanette has worked on PERM labor certification applications since the inception of the government’s on-line system in 2005 and is well versed in its intricacies. She also handles appeals to BALCA (the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals). Jeanette works with employers of all types and sizes, from very large Fortune 500 companies to small mom and pop businesses.

Jeanette has been an attorney for more than 22 years practicing solely in business immigration for the last 17 years. Prior to joining our firm in 2005, Jeanette worked with several large law firms and was a professor at two universities, teaching paralegal studies. Jeanette speaks regularly at seminars on Immigration related topics, including I-9 compliance matters.
