Nicole represents employers in labor and employment matters, offering practical guidance and strong advocacy in litigation and compliance.
She defends clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. Nicole appears before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies such as the EEOC, OSHA, and NLRB, and manages all phases of litigation—from discovery through mediation and trial preparation.
In addition to her litigation work, Nicole advises employers on employment contracts, workplace policies, and settlement agreements. She regularly counsels clients in pre-litigation and administrative settings, helping them reach favorable and efficient resolutions. Before beginning her legal career, Nicole held senior roles in marketing and public relations for a hospital and a chamber of commerce.
