Lauren Godfrey is a partner on the Constangy Cyber Team based in Philadelphia. Lauren advises clients on data privacy, security, and breach response, including prevention, compliance, and regulatory obligations under U.S. and international laws. She develops privacy policies, incident response plans, and governance frameworks, leveraging her CIPP/US and CIPP/E credentials. A skilled litigator, Lauren has defended clients in trucking, healthcare, and mass tort cases, providing unique insights into HIPAA and industry-specific legal challenges.
