Constangy is proud to announce that Monica Towle has been elected to the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association Board of Directors.

Founded in 1985, the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association is a statewide voluntary professional organization of LGBTQ+ lawyers and allies committed to promoting equality and inclusion within the legal profession. The association is governed by an 11-member board elected by its general membership.

Monica is an employment litigation attorney who represents employers across a wide range of industries in administrative proceedings, state and federal court, arbitrations, and mediations. Her practice includes defending claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations, as well as handling putative class actions and other employment-related disputes. She also provides proactive counsel to help employers navigate complex labor and employment issues.

Known for her client-focused and strategic approach, Monica is dedicated to helping clients mitigate risk and achieve practical, results-driven outcomes. She has experience across all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial, and has secured dismissals, summary judgments, and favorable jury verdicts through her strong written and oral advocacy skills.

Monica’s commitment to the legal community extends beyond her practice. During law school at the University of South Carolina, she was a member of the Moot Court and Mock Trial Bars, and she continues to support aspiring attorneys as an alumni coach and volunteer judge for trial competitions.
