Constangy partner Robin Shea published a May 23 article with Law360, riffing on a recent Washington Post “Miss Manners” column about pregnancy bias.

In the article, Robin discusses recommended practices regarding pregnant employees, including ensuring employers are familiar with the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, which will take effect in late June, and the PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act, which is in effect now.
