On August 1, 2023, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced a new version of Form I-9, a required form that verifies the identity and employment authorization for all U.S. employees. The new form has several notable changes, including a new virtual verification process. 

Nia Doaks works out of Constangy's Winston-Salem and Raleigh, NC offices.
