Overview
Katrice represents employers in workplace disputes and advises clients on a range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and compliance-related issues.
She brings experience supporting litigation strategy, drafting motions and employment-related agreements, and assisting clients with navigating complex workplace concerns.
Before joining Constangy, Katrice practiced with a New York law firm representing union representatives and individual employees in labor and employment matters. In that role, she assisted with advising clients on workplace disputes, drafted motions and demand letters related to labor issues and unfair labor practices, and reviewed employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and employer handbooks for legal compliance. She also supported labor negotiations through legal research and review of bargaining terms.
During law school, Katrice gained additional litigation and counseling experience through internships and clinical work involving personal injury defense, family law, and nonprofit and corporate governance matters. She assisted with drafting pleadings, motions, and contracts; reviewing medical and litigation records; preparing deposition summaries; and counseling nonprofit organizations on entity formation and governance issues.

On the weekends, you can usually find her heading to the beach, staying active with Pilates, or passionately cheering on her undergrad alma mater, the Florida Gators. An enthusiastic baker, Katrice loves spending time in the kitchen perfecting her sourdough bread recipes.
