Overview
Lindsey represents employers, insurers, and self-insured organizations in workers’ compensation defense matters from initial claims through final resolution.
She provides straightforward guidance to clients while handling pre-litigation issues, discovery, depositions, motions, briefs, and filings with the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation.
Lindsey’s thorough medical records analysis allows her to assess the nature of injuries, estimate claim values, and recommend informed claim resolution approaches that minimize risk. She works to resolve claims as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible whether negotiating settlements independently or with a mediator.
About Me
Lindsey is an active member of her church and enjoys returning to her South Georgia roots whenever possible to visit her family on the coast. She loves outdoor walks, thrifting, and old movies.
