It’s official!  New OFCCP director named

Ondray T. Harris has been named the new Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, according to Bloomberg Law

Mr. Harris has held a variety of public and private sector positions, most recently serving as an advisor in the U.S. Department of Labor.

His prior experience includes the following:

  • chief of employment litigation at the U.S. Department of Justice (approximately two years)
  • director of the Community Relations Service with the DOJ (approximately three years)
  • executive director of the Public Employee Relations Board in Washington, DC (approximately three years)
  • legal advisor and consultant (approximately four years)

As previously reported, Mr. Harris is inheriting an agency that is shrinking and that faces harsh criticism from the contracting community. We look forward to working with the agency under his leadership and will continue to keep readers abreast of policy changes during the Trump Administration.
