OFCCP issues two new Directives

Hot off the OFCCP presses!

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs issued two new Directives on August 10, 2018.  One discusses future “focused” compliance evaluations, while the other addresses religious exemptions.  For a full description of the new Directives, see our Affirmative Action Alert bulletin.
