Constangy attorneys Missy Spainhour, Dana Thrasher, Nia Doaks, Rodrigo Pocasangre, Kristine Sims, Aaron Chang, and Jill Stricklin will deliver a full-day employment law update to the Western North Carolina Human Resources Association on May 8th. The event will be held in person at Double Tree by Hilton Asheville-Biltmore and will also be available virtually. Attendees are eligible to receive up to five (5) SHRM certification credits for their participation in this seminar. 

The workshop, “Going Viral: Becoming an Employment Law Influencer” will consist of seven dynamic sessions covering a range of employment law topics, including recent developments in employment law, recruitment and onboarding, employee terminations, pay transparency and equity, NLRA compliance, and workplace ethics. The event will conclude with a networking cocktail hour.
