Overview
Kristine oversees the operations of the Winston-Salem and Asheville offices and serves as co-chair of the firm’s EEO/Contractor Compliance, Reporting & Analytics practice.
A trusted advisor to employers, Kristine helps businesses navigate employment law, workplace compliance, and litigation challenges in an ever-evolving legal landscape. She has handled cases across the United States, including class actions and individual claims involving all aspects of Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and a range of state law claims.
In addition to her employment litigation practice, Kristine brings two decades of experience in the areas of federal contractor compliance, pay equity, and compensation analysis, guiding businesses in managing risk related to hiring, pay practices, and day-to-day workplace decisions. Kristine has a robust advice-general practice, partnering with organizations of all sizes to balance legal compliance with business practicality.
