Overview

Aaron is an attorney on the Constangy Cyber Team and is affiliated with our Boston, Massachusetts office. He focuses on advising clients on regulatory compliance, managing cyber incidents, and responding to investigations stemming from data privacy and security events.

Aaron brings significant government and private sector experience to the Cyber Team. Before joining Constangy, Aaron served in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, most recently as an Assistant Attorney General in the Data Privacy & Security Division. In that role, he led high-profile investigations, negotiated complex settlements related to alleged privacy and cybersecurity violations, and played a key role in litigation against major tech platforms. He also contributed to legislative review and policy recommendations on evolving privacy laws.

Earlier in his career, Aaron worked in private practice on intellectual property and technology matters, including contract drafting, trademark protection, and licensing issues. His technical fluency and litigation background make him a valuable partner to clients navigating emerging privacy challenges.

Aaron earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he served as Communications Chair of the Student Bar Association. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree, magna cum laude, from Berklee College of Music.
