Overview

Colin has been practicing exclusively labor and employment law for over 15 years, representing employers on a broad range of workplace legal issues, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation; wage and hour laws; medical leave; and unfair competition matters. Colin’s past experience with a national labor and employment law firm as its subject matter expert on restrictive covenant agreements, trade secrets and unfair competition enables him to represent employers on such matters throughout the United States.

Colin has successfully represented clients before numerous governmental agencies, including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Florida Commission on Human Relations. Colin has also conducted seminars and authored scholarly articles on a variety of employment law topics, including workplace discrimination, retaliation, EEOC investigations, wage and hour issues, the protection of trade secrets, and unfair competition.
