Overview

Jadie is an attorney in the Firm’s Jacksonville office, where he advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters. With extensive litigation experience in both state and federal court, his practice focuses primarily on defending employers against discrimination, retaliation and wage-and-hour claims arising under the various federal, state and local employment laws.

Outside of litigation, Jadie also helps employers navigate the myriad of complex legal issues inherent to the employment relationship, including different aspects of the pre-hire process, remote work and workplace policies, as well as employment agreements and other matters of contract. Whether representing multinational corporations in court or providing guidance to ensure a closely held business meets compliance before an issue arises, Jadie maintains a steadfast commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.

Before joining Constangy, Jadie began his legal career with a national insurance defense firm, where he gained valuable experience representing a variety of well-known clients in complex cases in both state and federal court.
