Overview
Jadie is an attorney in Constangy’s Jacksonville office, where he advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters.
His practice focuses on defending employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations under federal, state, and local employment laws. Jadie has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal court, and is committed to helping his clients resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
In addition to his litigation work, Jadie counsels employers regarding compliance and risk management throughout the employment relationship. He provides guidance on pre-hire practices, remote work arrangements, workplace policies, employment agreements, and other contractual matters. Jadie partners with both multinational corporations and closely held businesses to deliver practical solutions that support compliance and help prevent workplace issues before they arise.
Before joining Constangy, Jadie began his legal career at a national insurance defense firm, where he gained valuable litigation experience representing well-known clients in complex cases in both state and federal court. His combined litigation and counseling background allows him to provide thoughtful, business-minded support to employers navigating today’s workplace challenges.
