Bill focuses his practice on occupational safety and health (OSHA) regulatory matters, helping employers navigate compliance with both federal OSHA and state safety and health requirements.
He advises companies on workplace safety programs, regulatory obligations, and strategies to minimize risk and exposure in the event of inspections or enforcement actions.
Bill works closely with employers to develop practical solutions for maintaining safe and compliant workplaces. He provides guidance on responding to OSHA citations, managing safety-related investigations, and proactively addressing regulatory challenges.
Before joining Constangy, Bill served as an attorney with the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission in Washington, D.C., giving him valuable insight into OSHA’s regulatory and enforcement processes. His experience allows him to offer employers thoughtful, effective counsel on a wide range of workplace safety issues.
