Constangy is proud to announce that Monica Towle, an attorney in its Boston office, has successfully completed the Massachusetts Bar Association’s (MBA) esteemed Leadership Academy. She is one of just 20 attorneys statewide to complete the program for the 2024–25 year, following a competitive selection process and months of intensive programming.
The MBA Leadership Academy is a competitive six-month professional development initiative designed to cultivate future leaders in the legal profession and the broader community. Fellows took part in interactive sessions focused on essential leadership and advocacy skills, with topics ranging from “Rising to the Top” and “The Power of Play” to “Mentorship” and “Maintaining Credibility in the Courtroom.”
Monica is an accomplished employment litigation attorney who represents employers in administrative proceedings, court actions, arbitrations, and mediations. Her practice includes defending claims involving harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour violations, as well as providing proactive, strategic advice on workplace compliance issues.
In recognition of her outstanding legal work, Monica has been named to The Best Lawyers in America®: Ones to Watch for Commercial Litigation (2023–2024) and was previously honored by Columbia Business Monthly's Legal Elite of the Midlands for Insurance (2020).
