Alyssa Peters is an attorney in Constangy’s Macon office. She advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including litigation, wage and hour compliance, EEO policies, and restrictive covenants. Sarah Phaff is an Atlanta-based partner who represents employers in litigation and agency matters involving discrimination, leave laws, and wage issues. She also provides day-to-day guidance on employment policies, employee relations, and compliance, and conducts training on litigation prevention, investigations, and workplace best practices.
Jason Logan is a partner in Constangy’s Macon office and focuses on workers’ compensation litigation, EEOC defense, and garnishment matters. He regularly presents on ADA, FMLA, and employment compliance topics and is trusted by employers and insurers across Georgia for his practical, cost-conscious counsel.
Jonathan Martin is the Managing Partner of Constangy’s Macon office. He defends employers in discrimination, labor, and wage and hour matters and provides training nationwide. He is a former Special Assistant U.S. Attorney and active community leader.
