Director Harris departing OFCCP

But we hardly knew you!

Bloomberg Law reports that Ondray Harris is leaving his post as Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs effective tomorrow. No reason was provided for his resignation just eight months after joining the agency.

Craig Leen, currently Senior Advisor at the OFCCP, will become acting director. If you are attending the ILG National Conference in Anaheim next week, make sure to hear Mr. Leen’s remarks on the status of the OFCCP.

We will let you know as soon as a new Director is named.
