EEO-1 filers must submit 2017 comp data

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has announced that employers must submit pay and hours worked for 2017 as well as 2018 by September 30. This follows a federal district court's order that the EEOC collect 2018 data by September 30 and that the agency collect either 2017 or 2019 data as well.
