The EEOC announced opening and closing dates for EEO-1 reports.
My colleague Robin Shea has all the latest on the EEOC's announcement for EEO-1 Report filing. The skinny is that the filing portal for the 2019 and 2020 reports will open on April 26, and the deadline is July 19. Remember that federal contractors with 50 or more employees are required to file the EEO-1 Report. Check out Employment & Labor Insider for the full details, and contact a member of the Affirmative Action/OFCCP Compliance practice group if you need assistance filing your reports.
