EEO-1 reporting cycle announced

Finally!

After considerable delay, and approval from the Office of Management and Budget, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced that the portal for 2022 EEO-1 Reports would open on October 31, 2023. Employers have until December 5 to complete their filings.

The EEOC states that the Instruction Booklet and upload specifications will be posted by September 6 and 13, respectively. Although minimal changes are expected to the filing process, employers should review these materials as they become available to ensure that their filings are compliant.
