Is EEO-1 Component 2 done after September 30?

Not quite, but almost.

September 30 is the deadline for employers to comply with the current EEO-1 "Component 2" reporting requirements. This week, the EEOC issued a Notice announcing its intention to retire the compensation portion of the data collection once this year's collection is over.
