No EEO-1 Reports this year

One less thing for employers' "To Do" lists.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced yesterday that employers will not be required to file 2019 EEO-1 Reports this year. However, be prepared to file both 2019 and 2020 reports in March 2021. See Robin Shea's full report at Employment & Labor Insider.
