The National Industry Liaison Group is hosting a webinar on the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs' Final Rule on Procedures to Resolve Potential Employment Discrimination. I have the privilege of co-presenting with Paul White, a labor economist and partner with Resolution Economics, LLC.

The webinar is at 2 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, December 1.

We will discuss the OFCCP’s new regulations establishing procedures for issuing Predetermination Notices and Notices of Violation. We'll also provide a thorough discussion of new OFCCP requirements, including the evidentiary standards for disparate treatment and disparate impact claims, the information that the OFCCP must provide to contractors in PDNs and NOVs, and the expedited conciliation option. Finally, we'll dissect the differences between the proposed rule and the final regulation to show where stakeholder comments influenced the outcome. Time permitting, we will answer questions from attendees.

You can register here. We hope to "see" you on December 1!
