Each of the newly appointed equity partners brings a wealth of experience in data privacy, incident response, and cybersecurity litigation:
- Rich Goldberg, based in Philadelphia, is a former federal prosecutor and cyber attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice with over 25 years of experience managing cyber matters. He is a trusted advisor on data breach response, cyber risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance, helping clients navigate the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
- Lindsay Nickle, based in Dallas, has managed thousands of data security incidents over the past ten years, and is a subject matter expert regarding the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH Act). She is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional for United States law (CIPP/US).
- Allen Sattler, based in Orange County, leads the team’s cybersecurity litigation practice, defending companies in class actions arising from data privacy and security events. His litigation work is informed by his substantial experience managing responses to data security events and working with cyber insurers over the past ten years. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional for United States law (CIPP/US).
- Alyssa Watzman, based in Denver, has extensive experience managing responses to complex cyber incidents, advising clients on proactive security measures, and working closely with cyber insurers and regulators. Over the course of almost ten years she has managed responses to thousands of data privacy and security events, assisting clients recover operationally and comply with various state and federal regulatory frameworks.
