Overview
Rachael is a dedicated advocate for employers, providing defense across all facets of employment law.
She has extensive experience in wage and hour litigation and has successfully defended companies against individual and collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other wage-related statutes; however, her practice extends well beyond the FLSA. She has managed hundreds of wage and hour cases, addressing allegations of off-the-clock work, misclassification, and unpaid overtime. In addition, Rachael frequently represents employers in other matters involving discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation, with significant experience litigating claims under Title VII and various other state employment laws.
A seasoned litigator, Rachael handles lawsuits and arbitrations across the country. She adeptly guides employers through every stage of litigation—from administrative agency investigations through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation—delivering practical strategies tailored to each case..
Rachael earned her B.S. in Maritime Business Administration from Texas A&M University and her J.D. from Texas Tech University. While in law school, she studied European Union Law at King’s College in London, adding an international dimension to her legal education and analytical perspective.

About Me
Rachael is an avid sports enthusiast who combines her passion for the law with a love for the game. While she’s a devoted fan, always cheering on her Fightin' Texas Aggies, her sports travels extend far beyond. You can often find her traveling across country to attend Bills, Preds, and Yankees games.
Beyond the thrill of the stadium, Rachael also enjoys traveling the world, even if it means leaving her beloved English Bulldog and Great Dane to hold down the fort.
