President Joe Biden has selected Jenny Yang to head the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. Ms. Yang was formerly a Commissioner and Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission during the Obama Administration. During her tenure at the EEOC, she championed the notorious EEO-1 "component 2" pay reporting requirement. With her background and experience in employment law, she brings much relevant experience to the OFCCP.
