BREAKING: OFCCP announces this year's reporting cycle.
The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs now requires covered contractors to certify on an annual basis that they have affirmative action plans in place. The OFCCP just announced that the Contractor Portal will open for this year's certification period on April 1 and that the deadline to certify is July 1.
Contractors should ensure that they have AAPs in effect during this time period and certify compliance before the deadline. Contractors with questions should visit the OFCCP's FAQs or contact a member of Constangy's Affirmative Action/OFCCP Compliance practice group.
