Christmas wish of many comes true!
A federal judge in the Northern District of California issued a nationwide preliminary injunction prohibiting the government from from enforcing Executive Order 13950, "Combating Race and Gender Stereotyping."
We are reviewing the Order and will provide a more in-depth post next week, but based on our initial reading, the court found that the non-profit organizations seeking the injunction are likely to prevail on claims that the Executive Order violates their First Amendment rights to free speech and that the Executive Order is void for vagueness.
Stay tuned for more, and enjoy the holidays!
